I want to thank Feliciano, the people from Ruka and the amazing and talented children for making me part of their family, and confirming once more what the Sahara nomads and the Mixes in Oaxaca taught me:

It is incumbent on us to protect it and maintain it for the future of our own children.
This gallery is my humble tribute to the the people from Ruka, Peru.
The sale of all photos from this gallery is going to the greenhouse fund for the children of Ruka.
THE DANIEL MALKA PHOTO PROJECT has been completely self-financed, all the workers including myself are volunteers.
There are 2 very successful projects done and 2 more projects planned in Peru.
In order for our work to continue, I have created this online gallery in order to raise funds to pay for traveling and lodging expenses and the children’s work exhibitions as we have 2 galleries requesting to exhibit the work of the young photographers.
I am asking everyone to help in promoting and encouraging the sale of some of my past and most recent work.
They make a great gift and all the funds go to support the project and the education of more children.
All prints are on archival Fine Art paper, signed and in limited edition.

Para que nuestro trabajo continúe, he creado esta galería de fotografias en línea con el fin de recaudar fondos para pagar los gastos de desplazamiento, alojamiento y para las exposiciones fotograficas de los niños. Ya tenemos 2 galerias interesadas ena exhibir el trabajo de los jóvenes fotógrafos.
